Parent Communication at St. Nicholas Nursery
Hopefully, you and your child will be with us for many years, so it is therefore essential that we establish an environment that makes it easy to exchange information and views. We also want to make it easy for you, as well as your child, to make new acquaintances and friends and we will provide lots of opportunities for this to happen.
Apart from the usual forms of communication we have a variety of other ways of keeping in touch and letting you know what’s happening in your child’s nursery life, such as:.
- Daily reports about your child (eating, sleep, learning and care updates) on Famly, a early years platform designed for communication about your child's day and to provide updates where necessary.
- Our noticeboard in Reception is full of helpful information for parents, we also have a suggestion box and welcome all feedback from parents
- A weekly newsletter with all the fun stuff that has happened that week alongside notices and reminders
- We regularly update our Instagram channel with photos of day-to-day life at St. Nicholas Nursery
- Our calendar is full of exciting events for the children, parents and wider Wembley community. We love to invite parents in to join us at every opportunity, from coffee mornings to cooking classes and sports day we do hope you will join us and meet with other parents

- Our aim is to communicate as clearly and timely as possible with you as parents, we circulate surveys to understand if there is anything we could improve. Parent voice is important to us and we try to action any feedback we can
